Job summary

Franklin Energy is seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a trusted advisor to leaders across all levels. The role aligns people strategies with business priorities, handling employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.

The Senior HRBP will support multi-state operations, applying knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliant business outcomes and effective HR governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organizational change, and leadership consultation.
• Working knowledge of California employment laws and multi-state HR practices.
• Experience partnering with leaders across organizational levels and supporting reorganizations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on workforce planning, talent risks, organizational effectiveness, retention, and succession.
• Guide managers on development plans, performance expectations, coaching, and PIPs.
• Lead or facilitate talent reviews, calibration, and leadership development actions.
• Collaborate with HR functions on staffing, transitions, and pay/classification decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across states.
