Franklin Electric is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR operations for Energy Systems locations. You will own employee lifecycle processes, drive recruiting, onboarding, and engagement programs, and provide leadership for segment HR initiatives to ensure workforce readiness and compliance.

The role partners with site leaders to plan workforce needs, manage leave and performance processes, and support ISO audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, leave or accommodation administration, and performance management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, multi-site, or matrixed environments preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across assigned locations.
• Lead leave administration, recruiting, and employee engagement.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing priorities, organizational needs, retention risks, and succession considerations.
• Owns full-cycle recruiting for all roles with segment-level coordination, intake, sourcing, interview quality, offers, and metrics.
• Oversee leave and accommodation administration for all Energy segment, coordinating with employees, payroll, benefits partners, and third-party administrators.
• Establishes and manages training compliance tracking, metrics, and reporting for the Energy segment; supports ISO audit readiness.
• Develops and executes employee engagement and retention initiatives, using feedback and trends to drive actions.
• Provides guidance on performance management, talent development, corrective action, and employee relations, with proper escalation.
