Job summary

Gardant Management Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist to support Gardant Communities in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. The role centers on day-to-day on-site leadership, ensuring adherence to plans, policies, and procedures while coordinating with Executive Directors and the corporate office.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of healthcare experience across multiple sites, and Indiana licensure.

Qualifications

• 5 years healthcare experience with multi-site management experience.
• Current Indiana RCA or HFA licensure.
• Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite day-to-day support in absence of an Executive Director.
• Establishes the Community's goals and objectives.
• Implements organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and procedures.
• Evaluates compliance with regulations and operating procedures.
• Reviews insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownership.
• Acts as on-call resource 24/7 for urgent matters.
• Monitors accounts receivable activities and billing processes.
