Job summary

GI Alliance seeks an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations of a multi-physician clinic in Bloomington, IL. You will plan, organize, and direct the clinic's administrative functions to ensure efficient patient care and financial performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in healthcare management, multisite experience, and strong leadership. You will collaborate with physicians and executive leadership to align priorities and implement process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or related field required.
• Minimum three (3) years of healthcare management experience.
• Multi-site experience and experience working with physicians.
• Licensure or ability to obtain licensure when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of multi-physician offices.
• Interact with executive team to align priorities with company direction.
• Supervise staff: interview, hire, train, and develop office managers.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and wage determinations.
• Maintain compliance with governmental regulations and audits.
