Job summary

Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across 16 clinics and 2 ambulatory surgery centers in Maryland. The role requires managing buildouts, relocations, and vendor coordination to maintain safe, compliant environments for patients and staff.

Travel 50–75% is essential as sites vary across the DMV region. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-site healthcare facilities, strong vendor management, and a deep understanding of life-safety

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site healthcare or clinical facilities strongly preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and contractors.
• Knowledge of life safety, regulatory compliance, and healthcare facility standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management for clinics and ASCs across Maryland to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, remodels, and expansions from concept to completion.
• Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and operational continuity for relocations.
• Coordinate maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems with vendors.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage facility services and equipment vendors.
• Coordinate landlord-related leasehold improvements and ensure alignment with operations.
• Implement and track preventative maintenance programs including medical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with life safety codes, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements across sites.
• Lead facility onboarding and integration for newly acquired practices involved in M&A.
