Job summary

Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across 16 clinics and 2 ambulatory surgery centers in Maryland. You will coordinate buildouts, relocations, and maintenance while ensuring compliant, safe environments for patients and staff.

This full-time role emphasizes strong project management, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Facility Operations Oversight — Lead daily facility management for 16 clinics and 2 ASCs, ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant operations.
• Buildouts & Renovations — Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, remodels, and expansions from concept through completion.
• Office Relocations — Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and operational continuity for clinic or administrative office moves.
• Maintenance Coordination — Serve as the liaison for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance vendors; ensure timely response and quality work.
• Vendor Management — Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for facility services and equipment.
• Leasehold Improvements — Coordinate landlord-related improvements, ensuring alignment with operational needs and lease requirements.
• Preventative Maintenance — Implement and track preventative maintenance programs, including medical equipment such as X‑Ray systems.
• Regulatory & Life Safety — Ensure compliance with life safety codes, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements across all sites.
• M&A Facility Integration — Lead facility onboarding, assessment, and integration activities for newly acquired practices.

The Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facility operations across all orthopedic clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) throughout Maryland. This role ensures safe, compliant, efficient, and well-washed environments for patients and staff while supporting organizational growth, including M&A facility integration and new buildouts.
