Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Associate to help maintain the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at multiple Charlotte locations. The role supports the service team and ensures safety and cleanliness across the property.

The position requires performing make-ready tasks, routine service requests, and assistance with the turn process under supervision. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on site.

Qualifications

• Needs strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and debris and keeps common areas neat and clean.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the make-ready process.
• Completes minor and routine service requests and supports the make-ready process.
