Job summary

Greystar is seeking an onsite Maintenance Associate to keep the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal at top standards while supporting the service team. Responsibilities include cleaning, turnover of vacant apartments, completing tasks from the supervisor, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering friendly resident service.

The role requires a valid driver's license for golf-cart operation and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter and ensure common areas are neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with make-ready process.
• Completes minor and routine service requests as directed by Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely.
• Disseminates notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Reports hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Provides courteous, responsive resident service and handles complaints professionally.
• Attends safety meetings and complies with OSHA and related policies.
