Job summary

CME Corp is seeking a Fulfillment Center Manager based in Grain Valley, Missouri with responsibility across multiple locations including Salt Lake City, Denver, and New Orleans. You will lead warehousing, inventory control, equipment staging, and Direct to Site (DTS) operations for a network of fulfillment centers.

You will travel regularly to assigned sites, maintain site standards, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with many departments to support customers and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory or management role within warehouse/distribution.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple facilities.
• Proficient with WMS or comparable inventory systems and data dashboards.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned Fulfillment Centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across an assigned network of Fulfillment Centers including Grain Valley, Salt Lake City, Denver, and New Orleans.
• Lead warehouse and DTS personnel with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and employee development across locations.
• Travel routinely to inspect operations, address risks, and standardize processes to maintain local engagement.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and safe, efficient equipment handling across sites.
