Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a large frontline workforce within a 250,000 sq. ft.

Fulfillment Center. The role focuses on managing three business units, two shifts, and a leadership team of three Operations Managers plus a Facilities Manager, while ensuring safety, productivity, and customer SLA compliance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of leadership in logistics/manufacturing, with proven ability to develop site leaders, manage budgets, and optimize operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in large-scale operations such as logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, or production.
• Direct experience managing a frontline workforce of 50+ people in a warehouse, plant, or similar setting.
• 3+ years managing multiple departments or a team of managers.
• Experience running frontline operations across multiple shifts.
• Experience managing operating budgets and workforce planning.
• Track record of developing site leaders and managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a large fulfillment center.
• Lead and develop multiple managers and a facilities team.
• Manage workforce planning and productivity for ~100 employees.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, labor costs, and efficiency; ensure SLA compliance.
• Build relationships with 3PL customers and drive service growth.
