Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Experience with general building management, maintenance, and equipment repair.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and use a variety of tools safely.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize daily facilities work orders using CMMS.
• Perform routine and corrective building and property maintenance.
• Diagnose issues and complete hands-on repairs (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Coordinate vendors and contractors on-site and support renovation projects.
• Support safety, security, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist with financial tracking.
