Job summary

Ally Medical Management LLC seeks a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across multiple clinic locations. The role blends hands-on technical work with meticulous record-keeping to support compliance and operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, travel between sites as needed, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Working knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices.
EPA 608 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across multiple clinic locations.
Diagnose issues and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC systems; coordinate with licensed vendors for complex HVAC work.
Ensure proper handling of refrigerants in accordance with EPA 608 guidelines.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
