Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to perform maintenance and repair across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at assigned locations. The role requires timely inspections, minor and major repairs, and quick response to emergencies to ensure safety and service quality.

The candidate will help secure facilities, manage supplies, and uphold the company’s professional image while collaborating with managers and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong customer service abilities and helpful attitude.
• Ability to recognize problems and communicate them to management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections of buildings and equipment and repair malfunctions.
• Load and unload supplies and monitor inventory for adequate maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve safety or security issues promptly.
• Secure all buildings and monitor automatic security systems as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report safety concerns to management.
