Job summary

LOC Credit Union is seeking a proactive Facilities Specialist to maintain branches and facilities, coordinate vendor/contractor work, and support budget-friendly improvements across multiple locations. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and access control to ensure safe, welcoming environments for employees and members.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong organization, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, building maintenance, construction, skilled trades, property maintenance, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal, janitorial services, and other facility needs.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs when appropriate.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate preventative maintenance.
• Respond to facility requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with office moves, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
• Manage the Credit Union's key and access management system.
• Maintain facility, equipment, vendor, and maintenance records.
• Assist with facility budgeting, quotes, RFPs, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Travel between Credit Union locations as needed.
