Qualifications

• Three to five years of facilities management experience.
• State issued driver’s license required.
• Experience overseeing vendor contracts and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures buildings, areas and grounds are safe for employees and visitors.
• Develops and adheres to annual facilities budget and creates proposals for projects over $1,000.
• Oversees facility maintenance including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and equipment; tracks issues and actions.
• Manages contractor compliance and bids; maintains vendor files and SLAs.
• Maintains vehicle upkeep and inventory of maintenance supplies.
• May perform minor repairs and provide regional travel for assessments.
