Bay Federal Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Specialist I to direct care and maintenance across its locations, including building and equipment upkeep, space planning, fixed assets, and safety systems. The role emphasizes hands-on work, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and vendor coordination to keep branches safe, functional, and welcoming.

You’ll manage facilities tickets, support after-hours projects, assist with moves and installations, coordinate vendors and bids, and help

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of safety and security systems.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and service tickets.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive image and provide professional service to employees, members, vendors, and the community.
• Perform routine and preventative building maintenance and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure facilities, including cameras, alarms, and badge access.
• Manage facilities tickets and respond to maintenance needs, including after-hours work.
• Coordinate vendors, work orders, purchasing, and facility services.
• Assist with space planning, moves, equipment installations, and branch projects.
• Support vendor selection, bids, and documentation.
• Process vendor invoices and support purchasing reconciliation.
