Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor to oversee ongoing upkeep of multiple buildings. You will supervise maintenance teams and contractors, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure safety standards are met across all sites.

You will also contribute to budget planning and continuous improvement of maintenance programs, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of facilities/building maintenance experience.
• Certified in operation of lifts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other tools.
• 2+ years of warranty/maintenance software experience (Archibus or Remedy).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurability.
• Ability to work at heights and outdoors, lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities across assigned region to keep buildings in working condition.
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor activities with AVP, Corporate Services.
• Audit operations for safety compliance and manage internal maintenance programs.
• Provide budget input for facilities improvements and maintenance.
