Job summary
Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, TN, seeks a highly organized Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to lead maintenance, repair, and capital-improvement projects across a portfolio of ~400 stores.
The role partners with Retail Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Asset Management, Construction, Environmental, Legal, and external service providers to keep stores safe and operating. The successful candidate is technically knowledgeable, able to manage many projects concurrently, challenge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across broad regions.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and ADA principles.
- Ability to read construction plans and lease documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement projects for ~400 stores.
- Oversee full project lifecycle from intake to closeout, including budget and scheduling.
- Prioritize requests by safety, business continuity, and financial impact.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Asset Management, Construction, Environmental, Legal, and external partners.
- Ensure documentation, quality, and operational readiness at project closeout.
- Communicate status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
