Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a highly organized Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to lead maintenance, repair, and capital-improvement projects for a broad retail portfolio. You will collaborate with Retail Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Asset Management, Construction, Environmental, Legal, and external service providers to ensure safety, compliance, and uptime.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities management or related.
Experience managing multi-site retail portfolios.
Ability to read construction plans and lease documents.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with data, budgeting, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance, repair, replacement, and improvement projects for ~400 stores.
Oversee full project life cycle from intake to closeout and documentation.
Prioritize requests based on safety, business continuity, and financial impact.
Develop scope, timelines, responsibilities, costs, risks, and communications.
Monitor progress against schedule and budget; address variances.
Coordinate with store leadership and cross-functional partners.
Train vendors on protocols, safety, and documentation.
Ensure proper closeout with records and sign-off.
Lead disaster and emergency response coordination when needed.
Track spending and assist with budgeting and reporting.
