Job summary

You will help with site selection, contract negotiations, development activities, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications

• BS or BA in business or real estate.
• 8+ years in real estate development, transactional work and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of leases, purchase agreements, due diligence and construction contracts.
• Ability to read construction drawings and analyze site opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory with market knowledge to identify store opportunities.
• Coordinate lease renewals, restructures, and related transactions with internal teams.
• Source sites and manage a pipeline of prospective locations in the territory.
• Negotiate LOIs and work with legal on leases and purchase agreements.
• Oversee portfolio matters including renewals, easements, acquisitions and dispositions.
