Job summary

Dierbergs seeks a Manager of Facilities Operations to lead maintenance across store locations, partnering with the Director of Engineering and Maintenance. You will oversee in-house technicians, third-party providers, and facility improvement initiatives to ensure safe, reliable store operations.

The role emphasizes budgeting, performance metrics, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Store Operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or field-service teams across multiple locations.
• Experience implementing operational improvements and maintenance metrics.
• Ability to manage competing maintenance projects and store priorities.
• Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar facilities-management platforms.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop in-store maintenance technicians.
• Oversee maintenance service delivery, work-order management, and emergency response.
• Allocate work among internal teams and third-party providers.
• Lead facility improvement initiatives from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and Store Operations.
• Monitor performance, costs, and service quality; drive improvements.
• Develop and track maintenance budgets and asset data.
