Job summary

Dierbergs Markets seeks a Manager of Facilities Operations to lead maintenance across all store locations, directing internal technicians and coordinating with third-party providers. You will partner with Engineering & Maintenance leadership to deliver reliable service and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities/retail maintenance, a Bachelor's in related field, and strong budgeting, safety, and analytics skills to support Grow Every Day at Dierbergs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or field-service teams.
• Track record of process improvements and metrics.
• Ability to balance competing priorities.
• Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal maintenance technicians and third-party providers.
• Oversee maintenance service delivery, work-order management, and emergency response.
• Coordinate cross-store maintenance projects and safety programs.
• Monitor performance, costs, and service quality.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and contracts.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
