Job summary

Archway-Marketing-Service seeks a Facilities Director to oversee maintenance and operations across multiple U.S. locations. You will lead Security, Maintenance, and Custodial teams, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

You will liaison with building users and external vendors, conduct staff evaluations, and implement process improvements while aligning with VP-level guidance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and leadership for teams and vendors.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn new systems.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, stand for long periods.
• Strong supervision and building management knowledge.
• Knowledge of building trades, maintenance, and security systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service mindset.
• Proactive problem solving and team management.

Responsibilities

• Maintains multiple warehouse facilities in the United States including opening/closing buildings.
• Ensures safety and security of all building users; ensures cleaning and maintenance meet high standards.
• Acts as liaison between occupants and vendors; supervises security, maintenance, custodial staff where applicable.
• Schedules staff to maximize coverage for daily operations and public use of buildings.
• Maintains MSDS inventory and serves as primary contact for exposure questions with Health and Safety Coordinator.
• Collaborates with leadership to select staff and manage budgets; monitors cleaning systems.
