Job summary

Archway Marketing Services seeks a Facilities Director to oversee maintenance, safety, and management across several U.S. locations. The role leads Maintenance Tech and Janitorial staff, coordinating daily operations, scheduling, and vendor relations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience managing multiple facilities, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with leadership to ensure clean, secure, and well-maintained environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience managing multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills to direct teams and coordinate with vendors and leadership.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple warehouse facilities across the United States, including opening/closing buildings.
• Ensure safety and security of all building users and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Supervise security staff, maintenance, custodial, and cleaners as applicable by location.
• Schedule staff to maximize coverage and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with leadership to select staff and manage budgets for facilities.
