Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Boston is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee safe, well-maintained cafés and catering locations. You will report to the Director of Facilities and lead a multi-site team, driving proactive maintenance and expansion as the company grows.

The role requires strong vendor management, budgeting, and collaboration with café teams to maintain operations. A high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience overseeing multi-site facilities and capex projects.
• Experience using Service Channel or similar facilities platform.
• Strong vendor management and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the oversight of facilities across the Boston market portfolio of cafés and catering locations.
• Oversee the Service Channel facilities platform and manage repairs with preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all locations are safe, compliant and in good working order (equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, security, pest control).
• Lead and coach Facilities Technician team and address emergencies 24/7.
• Manage budgets for vendor maintenance contracts, repairs and capital projects.
