Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4–10 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Inspect facilities to determine repairs, replacements, or improvements and notify management of major repairs.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and renovations of buildings and obtain bids from outside contractors.
• Responsible for facilities electrical power management, including maintaining the high voltage substation through contractors.
• Coordinate facility lawn care and snow removal.
• Plan and administer building department budget and negotiate capital expenditures.
• Direct projects to ensure adherence to specifications and building codes.
