Qualifications

• Two to five years of general maintenance experience or equivalent.

• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Self performs plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical tasks within safety standards.
• Maintains and repairs building systems to ensure facility operations.
• Uses handheld devices to access work orders and report status.
