Job summary

American Textile Company is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. The role drives cost savings, manages contracts, and leads TPM initiatives.

You will oversee long-term capital projects, vendor contracts, and safety/security programs, while coordinating with corporate teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance/facilities management with multi-site responsibility.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA, and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility/maintenance management for multiple sites and oversee building/equipment maintenance.
• Follow preventive maintenance processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Develop and train maintenance staff and cross-training programs.
• Identify and implement cost savings and process improvements within maintenance.
