Job summary

FyterTech Nonwovens LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for two local meltblown manufacturing facilities. You will drive reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment, building systems, utilities, and infrastructure across both sites.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record in multi-site leadership and budget management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Experience leading maintenance across multiple facilities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and controls systems.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and PLC drawings and manuals.
• Proven ability to develop maintenance programs and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance activities, staffing, schedules, and priorities across two plants.
• Develops and maintains preventive/predictive maintenance programs for production lines and utilities.
• Leads contractor/vendor management and safety compliance programs.
• Balances priorities to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Manages the maintenance budget and reports on reliability and performance metrics.
