Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Facilities Specialist to oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities management across multiple sites in GA. You will manage maintenance programs, safety compliance, and cost controls while leading a team of staff and coordinating with contractors.

The role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, project management, and building codes, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• ,High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-7+ years of experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the mechanical and building trades.
• Basic HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create interior design floor plan including office design and maintenance.
• Maintain upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of company facilities and grounds.
• Monitor downtime metrics like MTTR/MTBF and 3R5S for each site.
• Contract services and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Create and manage a preventive maintenance plan and parts inventory.
• Develop and manage the facility work order system and assign tasks.
• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce costs and liabilities.
• Coordinate landscaping, janitorial, and facility maintenance services.
• Evaluate and improve housekeeping, safety, and equipment maintenance programs.
• Report site operations and project costs to management.
• Review invoices for accuracy; travel to sites as needed.
