Job summary

PICA Product Development is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of two locations. You will balance hands-on work with facility management, optimize maintenance schedules, and manage vendor relationships for cost-effective improvements.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and the ability to improve safety and efficiency across two sites in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilities, maintenance, or related experience.
• Knowledge of building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Experience coordinating contractors and vendors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of two facilities.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for building systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and project bidding.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety policies.
• Develop maintenance schedules and facility improvements.
• Support office expansions and workspace reconfigurations.
• Maintain records and reports.
