Job summary

European Wax Center seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operations of its multi-state corporate portfolio. You will lead preventive and reactive maintenance, manage vendors, and govern facility budgets, ensuring compliance and timely project execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating HVAC/plumbing/electrical work, tracking service levels and warranties, and partnering with landlords and internal teams to meet lease obligations and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience across multiple locations and states is preferred.
• Experience managing contractors, service providers, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs for multi-location portfolio.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and general repairs.
• Lead vendor negotiations, performance evaluation, and cost control.
• Track work orders, budgets, and capital project status to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with landlords and internal teams on lease obligations and priorities.
• Support openings, remodels, relocations, and capital projects as needed.
• Travel regularly to corporate locations to lead initiatives and ensure standards.
