Job summary

You will oversee facility operations, safety programs, emergency preparedness, vendor management, and risk mitigation.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities or safety management, with experience in healthcare, educational, or human services settings, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of facilities management or safety management experience.
• Experience managing building systems, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in healthcare, educational, or human services settings.
• Experience working in autism services, developmental services, or pediatric healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and other facility systems.
• Coordinate facility inspections and corrective actions to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
• Manage facility renovation, expansion, and improvement projects.
• Maintain inventory of facility equipment, supplies, and maintenance materials.
