Job summary

Allied Fire Protection in Pearland, TX is seeking a Facilities Lead to ensure the maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of all AFP office locations. You will coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and office moves while managing vendors, budgets, and space planning.

The role requires strong organization, vendor management, and communication skills, with regular travel among AFP sites. Office-based with potential after-hours coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination across multi-location sites.
• Vendor management and contract oversight.
• Budget tracking, cost analysis, and invoice validation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with facilities-management systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety, and operation of AFP office locations.
• Coordinate repairs, emergency responses, and service disruptions.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Source and monitor vendors for landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, and other services.
• Plan office moves, space planning, and new office buildouts.
• Partner with architects, contractors, IT, and leadership on facility projects.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain asset records, warranties, permits, and lifecycle planning.
