Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities coordination/administration.
• Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% in support of offices across the growing footprint.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and windows-based software.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize facilities, safety and space planning across 17 office locations.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safety/compliance across sites.
• Manage landlord/tenant leases and negotiations with stakeholders.
• Administer parking programs and access control for facilities.
• Collaborate with HR and Business Continuity to ensure safe environment.
