Job summary

Responsibilities include budgeting, asset management, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with IT and leadership, and maintaining safe, reliable facilities with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination or related role.
• Experience coordinating office moves/buildouts or renovations.
• Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and contracts.
• Ability to review proposals, track budgets, and maintain facility records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance schedules and inspections across locations.
• Coordinate break-fix requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, lighting, and access systems.
• Source, monitor, and manage vendors for facility services and contracts.
• Coordinate employee relocations, furniture moves, and space planning.
• Lead new office buildouts and facility projects with stakeholders.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control efforts for facilities.
• Support safety, security, regulatory compliance, and access control initiatives.
• Manage asset records, warranties, permits, and lifecycle planning.
• Maintain centralized work-order processes and track service levels.
