Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage multi-site facilities operations, oversee building systems, maintenance, and safety across assigned markets. The role includes budget tracking, vendor coordination, and supporting EMPP processes to ensure safe, reliable environments for participants and staff.

You will collaborate with market leadership, coordinate schedule management, and drive preventative maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Five+ years in facilities management of healthcare/office sites preferred.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems, BMS, PLCs, and access control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager with tactical planning for annual goals, KPIs.
• Support critical requests from local market leadership.
• Provide admin support for schedules and budget trackers (Excel, Smartsheet).
• Ensure follow-up with end users, leadership, and vendors.
• Direct vendors and service providers to ensure timely work order resolution.
• Coordinate facility prep including supply orders, training, and market-specific vendors.
• Assist with small project management, budgeting, and proposals for ≤$250,000.
