WelbeHealth is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee multi-site operations, drive preventative maintenance, and manage budget tracking. The role supports safe, compliant facilities across assigned markets and works closely with market leadership and vendors.

You will travel locally 1–3 times per week and to another region about once per month for same-day visits, ensuring timely upkeep of clinical spaces and operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum five (5) years of facilities management experience, healthcare or similar site preferred.
• Experience with MEP, FLS, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Strong budget, vendor, and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in schedule management and cost tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Facilities Manager with annual goals, objectives, and KPIs.
• Support critical requests from local market leadership.
• Provide admin support for schedules and budget trackers (Excel, Smartsheet, Procore, MS Project).
• Coordinate vendors, site leadership, and service providers to resolve work orders.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and inspections; manage small projects (<$250,000).
• Contribute to market-level planning and reporting for facilities operations.
