Job summary

Fourteen Foods seeks a proactive maintenance technician to service multiple restaurant locations within the region. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and building improvements, with occasional overnight travel.

You will work with scaffolding, ladders, and various hand/power tools to keep equipment and facilities in top condition. Responsibilities include remodeling support, cleaning after work, and adhering to DOT/OSHA safety standards while maintaining a professional appearance

Qualifications

Maintenance experience preferred.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools in restaurant construction/repair.
Knowledge of machines and tools, their use, repair and maintenance.
Clean driving record required.
Average math skills.
Positive attitude with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

Maintain appearance of facilities and grounds.
Perform general repair and maintenance of equipment, building, and grounds.
Attend trainings for maintenance procedures.
Assist with remodels and special projects.
Perform cleaning after work on equipment/building/grounds.
Work on scaffolding, ladders, and with hand tools and saws.
Provide preventative maintenance for systems and structures.
Repair/paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, drywall, or building components.
Follow DOT and OSHA safety rules.
Other duties as assigned.
