Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to handle grounds and equipment upkeep across multiple restaurant locations in the region. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and simple remodels, traveling as needed and staying within a 20 mile radius where possible.

Responsibilities include maintaining facility appearance, operating hand and power tools safely, painting, roof and window repairs, landscaping, snow removal, and keeping restaurant equipment in good

Qualifications

• Previous general maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of restaurants and other structures.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Must have, and maintain, a clean driving record.
• Must have average math skills.
• A positive attitude with effective leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of all facilities.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of equipment, building, and grounds.
• Make regular visits to assigned locations for maintenance tasks.
• Attend trainings and seminars for self growth and learning proper maintenance procedures.
• Assist with remodels and special projects as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties after completing work on equipment, building and grounds.
• Work on scaffolding, ladders and with power and non-powered handheld tools and saws.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or building structures.
• Provide grounds keeping services such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Repair and maintain restaurant equipment to keep it in working order.
• Knowledge of refrigeration is preferred but not required.
