Job summary

Fourteen Foods seeks a maintenance technician to perform comprehensive upkeep of restaurant equipment, building and grounds. The role involves travel to multiple sites and adherence to safety and DOT/OSHA guidelines. Prior maintenance experience and a clean driving record are required.

The ideal candidate will handle preventive maintenance, participate in remodels, and operate a range of tools to keep facilities in excellent condition across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools used in repair of buildings/restaurants.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance of equipment, building and grounds.
• Visit multiple locations for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Attend trainings for maintenance procedures and safety.
• Assist with remodels and special projects as needed.
• Work on scaffolding and ladders, using powered and hand tools safely.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas after tasks below.
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and roofs, doors and windows are in good condition.
