Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations across multiple sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with installation and modifications, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a Monday–Friday day shift with mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and meet physical requirements
• Valid driver's license required and travel between sites will be needed

Responsibilities

• Stay organized and manage time effectively across multiple sites
• Complete tasks safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Investigate root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Review work orders and track completion
• Support energy management and ensure systems operate efficiently
• Inspect installations for codes and safety compliance
• Communicate information clearly and concisely
• Follow defined procedures to deliver outputs under supervision
