Job summary

Redman Equipment & Manufacturing Company seeks a versatile Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties across a geographic territory. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, leveraging carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC skills.

A company vehicle and tools are provided; you will visit customer sites and document work orders on a handheld device. You should have 2–5 years of general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

• HS diploma or degree/certification preferred in landscaping, trades, or related field.
• 2–5 years general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing and carpentry; building trades background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; applicable certifications/licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders across multiple customer sites.
• Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and related tasks as needed.
• Repair walls, floors, doors and touch-up work to maintain facilities in like-new condition.
• Use handheld devices to access work orders, submit reports, and track materials.
