Job summary

Redman Equipment & Manufacturing Company seeks a versatile Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties across a geographic territory. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, leveraging carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC skills.

A company vehicle and tools are provided; you will visit customer sites and document work orders on a handheld device. You should have 2–5 years of general maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and

Qualifications

HS diploma or degree/certification preferred in landscaping, trades, or related field.
2–5 years general maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing and carpentry; building trades background preferred.
Valid driver’s license in good standing; applicable certifications/licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders across multiple customer sites.
Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and related tasks as needed.
Repair walls, floors, doors and touch-up work to maintain facilities in like-new condition.
Use handheld devices to access work orders, submit reports, and track materials.
