You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive energy efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop preventative maintenance programs while maintaining accurate facility records and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of progressive facilities or reliability engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with chillers, air compressors, nitrogen, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Experience leading multi-site capital or reliability projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility systems across three sites.
• Support energy optimization and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure uptime.
• Lead site upgrades, equipment lifecycle planning, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and standardize preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate facility records and prepare management reports.
