Johnson Controls seeks a Facilities Engineer to lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of its manufacturing facility and supporting infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all building systems.

You will partner with production, engineering, and vendors to plan facility upgrades, manage capital projects, and optimize utilities, reliability, and energy use in a fast‑paced environment, with a 5‑day onsite commitment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience managing facilities in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and utilities.

Aufgaben

• Own operation, maintenance, and reliability of all facility systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and safety.
• Lead facility improvements, expansions, and capital projects.
• Manage contractors, service providers, and facility vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to define facility requirements.
