Job summary

Power Solutions International/3Pi seeks a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee multi-site maintenance, facilities operations, and capital projects. Based in Darien, Wisconsin, with regular travel to Beloit, you will drive asset reliability, energy efficiency, and preventive maintenance programs while partnering with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and Quality.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and a team of maintenance professionals to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, industrial management, a related field, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience managing multi-site maintenance operations in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and fire-protection systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS, work orders, preventive maintenance, and reporting.
• Ability to travel regularly between PSI locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities including buildings, grounds, utilities, and production support systems.
• Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Lead capital projects, facility modifications, and equipment installations across sites.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital planning; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and energy sustainability across all locations.
