Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution leadership or central supply chain with project experience.
• 3+ years in a Maintenance Leader role focusing on CI or process improvement.
• Experience with cost management and budgeting.
• Strong root cause and failure analysis skills.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for equipment maintainability improvements.
• Optimize maintenance processes using PEAK concepts.
• Ensure up-to-date equipment with latest technologies and maintenance methods.
• Promote data quality within maintenance.
• Coach and develop junior maintenance staff.
• Plan equipment and maintenance resources with management.
• Ensure asset data in CMMS is accurate and well-documented.
• Evaluate and implement preventive/predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Analyze equipment history to identify recurrent failures and adjust PMs.
• Review downtime to identify recurring issues needing engineering solutions.
• Develop scope for major jobs with maintenance planner.
• Identify training needs to raise craft skills.
• Coordinate and evaluate outside contractor work.
• Identify predictive technologies and procure equipment to improve availability.
• Travel up to 10% for trainings and summits.
