Job summary

DAVACO, Inc. in Irving, TX, is seeking an Account Manager to lead a multi-site facilities maintenance program on-site with a team of 4–6.

You will oversee client relationships, provide guidance, and drive pro-active reporting to keep programs aligned with customer expectations. You’ll manage escalations, coordinate with operations support, and ensure successful delivery by vetting scopes, pricing, and performance metrics across multiple sites.

• Provide technical guidance and oversee customer service delivery.
• Vet scopes of work, pricing, and deliver financial reporting for client programs.
