DAVACO is seeking an Account Manager for its Facilities Maintenance division in Irving, TX. You will oversee a team of 4–6, manage 10+ clients, and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and program goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and proactive reporting, with a focus on maintaining high standards across on-site facilities operations. Strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management (preferred).
• 4+ years in multi-site Facilities Maintenance as vendor, vendor aggregator or client (preferred).
• 1+ years in experience leading teams. Teams 4+ in size a plus.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4–6 members, providing guidance for on-site facilities support.
• Manage 10+ dynamic clients and multiple teams, coordinating up to 1,500 requests monthly.
• Communicate effectively across field and office teams and resolve escalations promptly.
• Oversee client meetings, pricing vetting, and comprehensive reporting to drive success.
