Job summary

Synergy Search is helping a growing multi-site operator centralize its accounting function by building a shared services team in the DFW area. We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to own the full accounting cycle for an assigned portfolio of locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, multi-site/portfolio accounting a plus
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations for an assigned portfolio
• Perform variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting
• Supervise and review the work of staff accountants
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Partner with regional operations teams on financial performance
